As an Electronics Engineer you will be part of the R&D team and involved in (embedded) electronics development, with possibility to step outside your field now and then (e.g. firmware programming) . You will work closely with experienced electronics and software engineers and on occasion with our Swiss Sensirion colleagues. You will learn about all aspects of our instrument, the gas chromograph, and quickly discover it is a complex embedded system with advanced electronics, versatile firmware, various sensors, valves, control loops, fluidic chips (MEMS), thermal-conductivity detectors and much more. Thereby you will come in contact with and gain knowledge of other fields that are involved such as chemistry, physics, explosion safety, customer-specific application development and our in-house processing of chips and assembly/testing of the instruments.

Analyze complex technical topics and come up with practical solutions, further elaborate and document. Enjoy working within a multidisciplinary R&D team and make use of your “soft” skills to work well with others.
